Robert Coleman Westbrook Flowers was born in Charleston, South Carolina. He was brought up with values of compassion and etiquette, and today he strives to apply southern hospitality to an often-cold legal world.
A graduate of the University of South Carolina, he studied Criminal Justice and Criminology with a minor in Spanish and Business Administration while he clerked for the South Carolina Democratic Caucus and worked as a martial arts instructor. Robert received his Juris Doctor from American University’s Washington College of Law in Washington, DC. During his legal education, Robert wrote for the Criminal Justice Practitioner and gained civil and criminal litigation experience in the Maryland and DC courts.
Robert grew to love serving the Latino and immigrant community of the DC area through his family. He is a dedicated advocate and seeks to guide his clients through stress-inducing legal disputes with a sense of calm and grace. Robert has served his clients in legal battles regarding automobile accidents, divorces, custody battles, criminal charges, and immigration proceedings.
Today, Robert practices personal injury law with a focus in automobile accidents. Robert is authorized to practice law in Maryland and D.C. and is fluent in English and Spanish.
