Bio
Roxana Aquino-Segarra was born and raised in Puerto Rico. She earned her B.A. in Business Administration, magna cum laude, from the University of Puerto Rico, Bayamón Campus, and went on to receive her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico School of Law. During law school, Roxana clerked for the Honorable Jesús Peluyera Santiago, gaining valuable experience in the judicial process.
Before relocating to Maryland, Roxana practiced law at a firm in Puerto Rico, where she focused on employment law, bank failure, and corporate governance. She played a key role in navigating the permitting process for a cancer clinical facility and contributed to a successful trademark litigation case, helping secure a reversal of an adverse decision before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
After moving to Maryland, Roxana continued to build her legal career by handling workers’ compensation claims, employment law matters, and personal injury cases in both state and federal courts. She joined Antezana & Antezana, LLC in July 2019, where she now concentrates her practice on plaintiff’s personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.
Roxana is committed to providing compassionate and effective legal representation. She believes that by truly understanding her clients’ experiences, she can better advocate for their rights and achieve meaningful results.
